Coaching and leadership development

Derek was my coach for a period of six months. In that short time, he helped me to build my confidence after returning to work from maternity leave, become much more self-aware and empowered me to show up every day as my authentic self. I was suffering a lot with imposter syndrome and Derek has given me tools and techniques to overcome those moments of self-doubt and embrace the task at hand. I cannot thank Derek enough for his time, wisdom and support over the last six months. He is a wonderful coach, who is very easy to talk to and an effective listener who can help you diagnose the root cause of the problem and empower you to make changes to better yourself. Our sessions were fun, engaging and interesting. I would recommend Derek to any potential future clients.
