I have just completed 3 months of coaching from Paul and I have to say that during those 3 months of training I have never enjoyed or looked forward more to having a coaching session as I did with Paul. Going into the start of the coaching I had reservations of what I was going to achieve during it however, after the first session I instantly knew that this was going to be a great journey. Paul proved to be such a positive coach who really got me to think about who I am and what I can achieve and this was all done with such positive energy coming from Paul. Paul’s coaching has been hugely valuable. He combines a constructive, supportive, and exploratory approach with genuine challenge on areas that need further reflection. I have found this hugely useful in identifying parts of my approach to leadership that need more work. Paul has got the balance right between being supportive and really pushing when necessary. Paul brings a useful toolkit to every meeting, and I’ve found some of the analytical frameworks and tools he provided me very useful – in particular around structuring requests for feedback from colleagues.

had a 6-month coaching license with Ezra through my company, and started at a time that I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by some added responsibilities I’d taken on. I was able to identify the areas I wanted to work on and how I wanted to grow and use each session with Paul to tackle current affairs I wanted to diver deeper into or to continue progressing on the goals I’d set. I really got stuck into the program and saw Paul on a weekly basis and I think that really helped drive out so much growth and perspective from me as a leader but also outside of work.
