Paige Thomson is the Head of Partnerships and Client Experience at Starbuck & Associates, where she leads strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and client experience.
She works closely with organisations to understand their leadership and organisational development needs, creating tailored solutions that help individuals, teams, and businesses thrive.
With a collaborative and people-focused approach, Paige builds long-term relationships with clients, professional bodies, and strategic partners, ensuring every engagement delivers meaningful value and a high-quality experience.
Alongside her role at Starbuck & Associates, Paige sits on the Board of Age UK Tameside, contributing to the charity’s governance, strategic development, and commercial sustainability. She is also currently working towards her International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation, further strengthening her position within executive coaching.
