A MHFAider® qualification is valid for three years, after which you are expected to refresh your skills and knowledge as you would if you were a physical First Aider. You can renew your certificate either by attending a full MHFA course or this half day refresher.

What happens after booking:

Once you’ve booked and paid for your place, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email from Starbuck & Associates.
Joining instructions and access details are sent automatically in your confirmation email at the time of booking. Course materials will be shared approximately two weeks before the course start date by your accredited MHFA England® Instructor.
All MHFA England® course materials are ordered specifically for confirmed learners. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

Booking, cut-off and cancellation policy

Bookings must be completed at least two weeks before the course start date, as MHFA England® course materials are ordered in advance for confirmed learners.
Cancellations received after materials have been ordered are non-refundable.
If Starbuck & Associates needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to minimum numbers not being met, learners will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

This course is suitable for anyone who is already trained as a MHFAider, MHFA Champion or who has a Level 3 mental health qualification i.e. FutureQuals Level 3 Award in Mental Health: Workplace First Aider or FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)
