This one-day practical Mental Health First Aider course is a consolidated version of the two-day course, with a context of the workplace and creating and maintaining a healthy workplace culture.
It is designed to increase knowledge and awareness of mental health and increase skills and confidence in having mental health conversations, particularly in the workplace.
Target audience
Ideal for anyone in HR, Management, Health & Safety, Wellbeing or those with an interest in mental health and helping others, and who does not want to become a full MHFAider® or have access to the benefits provided by the full MHFA course.
