I bring 20 years’ experience as an executive coach, leadership behaviours specialist and team coach. I add strategic and innovative insight to clients and have a deep understanding of the importance of building winning organisations, through empowered people.
Originally from a strategic brand-marketing background, working to director level, I also design and deliver a range of bespoke leadership programmes and webinars for clients, for in person and online sessions.

“Lorna is an excellent listener, often pulling out key areas to discuss and asks the right questions that help me explore ideas. She also ensures that I don’t forget key areas of focus and holds me accountable to my goals. As a leader, I find the space and time to think invaluable and the time to talk confidentially and openly, essential.”
Clara Govier Managing Director, People’s Postcode Lottery
Inspiration outside of coaching
I am a jazz singer and writer who performs widely, including the Edinburgh International Jazz and Blues Festival. I love to bring my creativity to work.
