What happens after booking:

Joining instructions and access details are sent automatically in your confirmation email at the time of booking. Course materials will be shared approximately two weeks before the course start date by your accredited MHFA England® Instructor.
All MHFA England® course materials are ordered specifically for confirmed learners. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.
Booking, cut-off and cancellation policy
Bookings must be completed at least two weeks before the course start date, as MHFA England® course materials are ordered in advance for confirmed learners.
Cancellations received after materials have been ordered are non-refundable.
If Starbuck & Associates needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to minimum numbers not being met, learners will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
