Who Am I
I have lived a life of service and am keen to continue to do so. I am motivated to work with leaders and teams who want to act with clarity, courage and conviction especially in moments of truth.
The 30 years I spent in the Royal Marines – retiring as a Major General – taught me that leadership isn’t about command, it’s about purpose, alignment, and influence under pressure. I know what it takes to lead through adversity, make decisions in uncertainty and bring people with you when the stakes are high.
I now bring that experience into the world of business, government and international organisations, partnering with Boards and C-suite leaders to strengthen resilience, shape high performing cultures and support leaders who are navigating complexity, growth or change.

I help leaders adapt and thrive. My coaching philosophy is grounded in a bias for action – a mindset that privileges doing over drifting. Leaders who act decisively seize the initiative. They take small purposeful steps along a critical path to generate momentum and growth – it’s a discipline that focuses on progress not problems. Learning is active and iterative. When positivity is paired with selfawareness, confidence grows – and confidence fuels action.
I use transformational coaching to help leaders grow, develop and reimagine their reality – combining authentic support with candid challenge to unlock potential. My approach blends empathy with accountability – a trusted partnership where reflection drives action. My clients are curious, committed and ambitious for themselves and their teams.
