Career background and strengths
Bringing 25+ years of operational experience across education, publishing, and marketing, I have held roles in marketing management, operational leadership, and compliance. My background informs my understanding of organisational dynamics and leadership challenges.
As a professional coach, I specialise in supporting individuals and teams to navigate the challenges of change, from the complexities of midlife career transitions to optimising multigenerational workplaces. My values-based, behavioural approach empowers professionals to find clarity, recover from burnout, and foster collaboration across generational divides.
Key skills
A passionate advocate of the transformational power of coaching to change lives, I am able to encourage a fresh perspective and commitment to sustainable change. Creating awareness and insight are important, but can risk paralysis by analysis. I help clients build confidence to take positive action, experiment with new behaviours and see tangible progress, rather than remaining ‘stuck’ in overthinking.
Recently, I have focused on the wellbeing challenges of the ‘midlife collision’, recognising the benefits of a diverse and multi-generational workforce, the importance of healthy aging and longevity, and supporting people to avoid or recover from burnout.
Executive Insight: Drawing on years of corporate experience, I quickly understand organisational dynamics, helping clients find solutions tailored to their context.
Tailored Approach: I can access a range of modalities, including ACT, Functional Fluency and DISC profiling, to adapt to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Creating Accountability: I empower clients to take clear, actionable steps toward achieving their goals while fostering long-term personal and professional growth.
Building Resilience: I have particular expertise in supporting leaders at risk of burnout, helping them realign priorities and build sustainable habits.
Coaching and leadership experience
Working with established organisations, charities, academics, start-up founders, managers transitioning to leadership, or leaders in a more established role, I enjoy co-creating the ideal environment for innovation, collaboration and change. Recent clients include a national media group Women in Leadership programme, high achieving, accelerator-supported company founders, creative and tech start-ups and SME leaders transitioning into new growth, organisational development and investment phases.
Women in Leadership: Supporting senior women to overcome systemic, societal, and personal challenges while maintaining resilience and achieving professional impact.
Burnout Recovery and Prevention: Providing tailored coaching solutions using psychological frameworks to support professionals in achieving sustainable change.
Professional Change in Midlife: Guiding individuals through career transitions, including rebalancing priorities and finding fulfilment in new roles.
Multigenerational Teams: Enhancing collaboration and innovation by addressing generational differences and building age-inclusive workplace cultures. I support organisations to make the most of this growing sector of the workforce, retaining and attracting experienced and valuable talent by supporting them to manage conflicting demands on their time and energy and enabling them to do their best work, effectively changing culture from the inside.

Inspiration outside of work
As an adoptive parent of teenagers, I advocate for the families of young people with a history of Adverse Childhood Experiences. I have volunteered for a number of charities with young people’s mental health as a focus. I’m a life-long learner and enthusiastic consumer of podcasts while out walking and I attempt Couch to 5k most years.
