Who Am I
I am a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist with a passion for understanding human behavior and facilitating personal growth. I begin my coaching sessions by asking clients about their vision of success, helping them enhance self-awareness and unlock potential through psychological principles.
I was born in Germany, Pamela is fluent in German, English, and Bengali. I transitioned from a marketing career to work psychology, collaborating with firms like HFI, The Myers-Briggs Company, and Korn Ferry. With over 20 years of global experience, I specialize in executive coaching, leadership development, and impactful training on communication, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
I combine psychological theory with practical coaching, valued for her personable and transparent style as well as her intercultural insights. Motivated by helping others grow, she also supervises candidates for the British Psychological Society’s Occupational Psychology qualification, ensuring high standards in workplace psychology.
