At Starbuck & Associates, our Mentor Coaching programme is designed for coaches working towards their ICF PCC accreditation through the Portfolio Pathway. Many coaches reach a stage where they have completed their coach training and are building their coaching hours, but want expert guidance to be sure they are coaching consistently at PCC level and are fully prepared for the ICF performance evaluation.
The programme combines structured mentor coaching with personalised feedback to help you strengthen your coaching capability, deepen your understanding of the ICF Core Competencies and progress with confidence towards PCC accreditation. We do more than help you complete the required 10 hours of mentor coaching. We help you develop the capability, confidence and presence required to coach at PCC standard.
What the programme includes
- 7 hours of group mentor coaching
- 3 hours of individual one-to-one mentor coaching
- Detailed feedback on recorded coaching sessions
- Development against the ICF Core Competencies and PCC markers
- Guidance and support throughout your PCC accreditation journey
The programme is delivered in small groups of no more than six participants, so you receive genuine individual attention alongside the benefit of learning with peers.
Meet your coach
The programme is led by Paul Starbuck MCC, an experienced ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest level of accreditation awarded by the ICF. Paul will guide you through the programme and your ICF accreditation progress.
