Our ICF PCC Programme is a fully accredited pathway for coaches who are ready to build on their ACC and take their practice to the next level. Over three months, you’ll strengthen your coaching range, deepen your use of the ICF Core Competencies, and develop the confidence to work with greater presence and impact.
The programme includes live training, mentor coaching, observed practice and reflective learning – all designed to prepare you to meet the ICF PCC requirements and step forward as a more advanced, professional coach.
By the end of the programme, you’ll not only be ready to apply for your PCC credential, you’ll also feel equipped to deliver transformational coaching at a consistently higher level.
Meet your coaches
The programme is expertly facilitated by two ICF Master Coaches (ICF MCC), Liz Connelly MCC and Paul Starbuck MCC, who will lead delegates through the programme and ICF accreditation progress.
Duration
The programme is delivered online over three months, with three modules of four/five days per module. After the three months delegates can work at their own pace to complete the full accreditation.
Price
The normal price is £5,500 included VAT.
For existing Coaching Craft delegates that hold the ICF ACC accreditation, the price is£5,000 included VAT.

Need to complete your ICF mentor coaching?
If you’ve already completed your coach training and are now working towards your ICF PCC accreditation through the Portfolio Pathway, our Mentor Coaching programme provides the 10 hours of mentor coaching required by the ICF.
Delivered by Paul Starbuck MCC, the programme combines 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual one-to-one coaching, with personalised feedback on recorded coaching sessions to help you coach confidently at PCC level and prepare for your performance evaluation.
