The ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) programme is the highest level of coaching certification. As an accredited course, we’re proud that this will be coming soon to Starbuck & Associates.
The MCC is designed for highly experienced coaches who demonstrate a deep mastery of coaching skills and a profound understanding of ICF’s core competencies. To achieve the MCC credential, you must complete rigorous training, accrue substantial coaching hours, and pass a comprehensive performance evaluation. The MCC accreditation reflects the pinnacle of coaching excellence, signifying your ability to create transformative client relationships and results.

Meet your coaches
The programme is expertly facilitated by two ICF Master Coaches (ICF MCC), Liz Connelly MCC and Paul Starbuck MCC, who will lead delegates through the programme and ICF accreditation progress.
Duration
The programme is delivered online over three months. After the three months, delegates can work at their own pace to complete the full accreditation.
